Rising Phoenix

Rising Phoenix - Charlene Man

The Phoenix is classic Chinese imagery representing excellence and high virtue. Here, that tradition gets a modern update, stripped of old-school ornamentation and rebuilt with seven distinct layers of vibrant screenprint ink.

In folklore, the Phoenix is a symbol of "Double Happiness," often associated with celebrations and unions. It’s a striking, colourful metaphor for good energy that commands the room.
